Defining project scope, preparing scope documentation, Architecture, Project plan in coordination with Product and Business Development teams.

Defining project milestones, communication plan, risks and mitigation measures, UAT criteria etc.

Coordinating with Quality Assurance team, to ensure software releases are delivered with high quality and bug free.

Following up and coordinating with project stakeholders from all departments.

Coordinating with in-house development team, solution vendor and service providers to ensure a smooth transition from staging to production environment.

Making sure that all the provider services are successfully tested (UAT) on production environment.

Making sure all the relevant services are functional on the application before the machine is handed over to the outlets.

Technical Consultant

Single handed set-up, implementation and configuration of E-Payment Solution Software- ‘Cash Collector’.

Designing the hierarchy for the organization and its stakeholders, defining roles to provide accesses accordingly.

Configuration of outlets, sales representatives, service providers, commissions and cheque parameters and mapping them in accordance to the business requirements.

Installing the application on POS machine and successfully testing all the services and components.

Knowledge transfer to the NOC team post implementation to handle routine tasks.
